1. Half kg cake prices may vary depending on your chosen flavour, design, ingredients, customisation, and decoration. Please share your preferred cake details with us for the exact price.
2. The cake stand and accessories shown in the image are for representation purposes only and are not included with the cake.
3. Any non-edible cake toppers, supports, sticks, or decorative elements must be removed before serving.
4. Cake images are for representation purposes only. The actual cake may vary slightly in design, colour, shape, and decoration from the digital catalogue photographs.
5. Pick your favourite flavour, design, and size from our website. Let us know the exact date and preferred time you need the cake, along with any custom message you would like to add.
6. Please provide the complete delivery address, or let us know if you would prefer to pick up the cake from our store.
7. Confirm your order by making advance payment. We accept UPI ,(Gpay, PhonePe)and Bank transfer.No Order will be processed without advance payment
8. Please inform us in advance about any food allergies or dietary requirements. Our kitchen handles common ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and other ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
9.Once the cake has been collected from our store, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. We recommend handling the cake with care and keeping it on a flat, stable surface during transit.
Delivey Information
1.In case you place a surprise order for anyone, make sure they (someone) are present there to receive it.
2.In case of the absence of any recipient, the order shall be considered delivered and no second attempt will be made.
3.In case the recipient denies receiving the order it shall be considered delivered and no refund will be provided for the same.
4.When you are ordering and sending a cake for another person from our website make sure they know you and are available to receive it at the time of delivery.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We accept cancelation within the considered conditions stated below:
If the cancellation request was received by us before 24 hours of the selected delivery time slot. In such cases, 90% of the order value will be refunded to the bank account and 10% of the order value will be charged as cancellation price.
If the cancellation request was received by us within 12-24 hours before the start of the selected delivery/pickup time slot. In such cases, 80% of the order value will be refunded to the bank account and 20% of the order value will be charged as cancellation price.
If the cancellation request is received by us within 12 hours of the selected delivery time slot. No amount will be refunded in such a case.
