7. Pickup & Transportation

Cakes should be handled carefully after collection/delivery. Mr. Cake is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, heat, or exposure to direct sunlight.

8. Serving

Any non-edible cake toppers, supports, sticks, or decorative elements must be removed before serving.

9. Delivery

Please check the cake and order details at the time of collection/delivery and inform us immediately if there is any issue..

10.Natural Variations

Minor imperfections or variations in handmade cakes should not be considered defects. Each cake is uniquely prepared and decorated by hand.
